New training course for Belzona staff

Belzona are a global designer and manufacturer of repair composite materials and industrial protective coatings. Their Headquarters in Europe, USA, Canada and Thailand allow Belzona to provide a truly global service, supplying repair and refurbishment services, coating inspection and application training. All to one purpose; ensuring their customers have the materials to protect their plant and equipment against abrasion, erosion, corrosion and chemical attack.

During production Belzona need to transfer high viscose fluids from one vessel to another safely and efficiently using high pressure fluid transfer pumps. To do this Operations Manager, Gavin Bowers, wanted a bespoke training course for their operators and contacted Mick Warren from Spraytrain.com for help. Gavin asked for the course to include operation, repair and routine maintenance of high pressure fluid transfer pumps with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. The course was completed in one day with minimum loss of production. The course was part theory and part practical and backed up with reference books.
